National Christian Churches Network Cambodia Council is focusing and take responsibility of pastor training. The pastors from every part of Cambodia gather two times in a year at National Christian Churches Network Cambodia Council and have a training. The local pastor also the main co-ordinators from the province come to National Christian Churches Network Cambodia Council every month for training and give a report of their services in the province.

This pastor training mainly led and trained by the invited persons from overseas and sometimes Rev. Uong Vibol Director of National Christian Churches Network Cambodia Council, Cambodia. The main principles of pastor training is to train others to help. To teach the Bible, shows them the work to do, tranfer the anointing and transfer the burden.
